This 14-day challenge was created due to the awesome feedback I received on Instagram every time I posted a body transformation post or story. One thing quarantine taught me back in 2020 is that you really only need a pair of dumbbells to get in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE.
If you have Limited Equipment at home, at the gym, or when traveling at hotels, then this program is FOR YOU!
This program is also super great if you need a break from the workouts you are currently doing. It's good to mix things up here and there so your body can form into a different beast. This program can also be an addition to the workouts you are currently doing.
This program consists of 3 factors that changed my physique for the better: Metabolic Conditioning, Core Work, and Bodybuilding. You might be thinking to yourself, “pshhh, a workout with dumbbells? That’s too easy… I won’t even break a sweat”. I can definitely say from experience that this program will for sure kick your butt and leave you in a sweat. This 14-day Dumbbell Only Program will be challenging yet invigorating, and will also allow you to push your limits. I hope you enjoy them!
It involves working out 5 days a week / with a 2-day rest/mobility. You can also work out 3-4 days a week but will take longer than 14 days to finish the workout.
